Dlcp 55 Tv Wont Turn On,and Has A Red And 2 Green Lights On?
What can it be? The light or what?

This may be related to the lower power supply on your Samsung HLT5676S. To fix this, please make sure that the power supply is enough to turn on your TV properly. Check the power cables if properly connected to the power outlet. You should also refer to the user's manual here.
