Samsung Hlr5688w Does Not Turn On. Earlier I Had Error Message 'check Fan No. 2'

Samsung HLR5688W does not turn on. Earlier I had error message "check fan no. 2". I cleaned the fan no.2 and rei-nstalled. After that tv doe snot stay on. And now I see LED lights in the circle but TV does not turn on.

Even if you cleaned the fan it could still be faulty. Have you verified that the fan is actually spinning?
