Poor Colour Printing From Samsung Clp 365w

When printing colour text or pictures the printer only returns text or pictures back in yellow and black. All toners have a minimum of 80% in them. I have removed all the toners and put them back, but the only colours are still black and red. I have no idea what to do next. I dont want to spend £100 on new toners only to find out there is another problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Carole
