Alert Light
I have a RICOH Aficio SPC221n. The alert light is on and will not let me print. I would like to know how get rid of the alert light. Thanks

Hello, the alert light could mean many different things -- out of paper, out of toner, paper jam, cover open, etc. If you open the printer utility on your computer, it should give you a better understanding of what is wrong, including an error message that should tell you what the problem is.
