The Screen Is Blank And Will Not Show Anything

Hello, you could have a problem with the LCD display itself, or there could be a deeper board/wiring problem. I would suggest reseating the LCD connection cables and rebooting the printer... if that doesn't fix it, I would contact a Ricoh-certified technician to troubleshoot the problem, because you will probably need to test boards and check voltages to determine the source of the problem. If it's not just a loose connector behind the LCD, then this is not an easy problem to troubleshoot.
