You really haven't provided enough info to give you a presice answer. What do you mean "driver"?. To scan you put your document on the machine, press the 'Scanner' button, choose your destination and press the 'Start button'. If you don't have a scanner button then scanning isn't installed and you would have to upgrade the machine. If you do have the scanner button but it has never been set up you're probably going to need to call a service technician to come out and do it because you have to be somewhat familiar with networking to configure the device. If you can print to the machine then you can get 'scan to folder' setup by going into 'User Tools/ System Settings/ Administrator Tools/ Addressbook Management', touch 'New Program' enter a name for the destination in the 'Name' tab then choose the 'folder' tab and type the path to the folder you want to scan to (or 'browse network' and choose the computer and folder you want to scan to). You will need to enter the user name and password for that computer. This is not something to undertake yourself if you are not knowledgable about networking.
