How To Print Color Docs On Aficio Mp 3500

Hi, when you print, go to the printer preferences and select Color. (How you do this will depend on what type of computer you have and which print driver you are using.)
If you've done that and it still won't print in color, one possible reason is that user authentication may be enabled. If that's the case, you'll need a valid user code to be able to print in color, and you'll have to enter that code into your print driver preferences. Talk to your machine administrator to see about getting a user code for color printing.
