Mp C4500 Aficio Touch Screen Does Not Work

Hi, Ricoh had a problem with these touch screens for a while and changed vendors because of it. The screen will probably need to be replaced. You should contact a Ricoh technician to evaluate it. It may just need to be recalibrated.
