Hi, without knowing more specifics about the problem, here are some things you can check:
- Check to be sure the paper trays are set for the correct size and orientation. If the orientation is wrong (for example, landscape instead of portrait) that will cause part of your copies to appear blank.
- Clean the laser shield glass for each of the colors. There is a blue brush located inside the front cover of the machine that you can use to clean each of the shield glasses.
- If this problem only happens when copying through the document feeder, clean the strip of glass to the left of the main platen glass.
- Check the transfer belt -- if it's gotten ripped, part of the image may not be able to be transferred onto the page.
