HOW DO I SCAN A FILE TO MY DOCUMENTS FOLDER ON MY PC?

To scan a file to your computer, you'll need to set up a shared folder that the copier will have access to write to. My Documents is typically not a good folder to scan to -- you can create a folder on your computer, share it, give yourself permission to read/write/modify the contents of the folder, and then enter the folder's path on the copier in the address book (under User Tools) and enter your username and password so the copier can access that folder.
