When I Am Getting A Fax, What Do To My Ricoh Machine To Receive A Fax

Hi, if you are set up for automatic fax reception, you don't have to do anything -- the fax will automatically be received by the machine. If you are set up for manual reception, you'll have to pick up the handset (or if you don't have a hand set, press On Hook on the fax screen) and then press Start.
