There are 2 ways to store email address. The easiest way is (depending on the model) type the address as you usually do in manual entry, after typing it in you should see a button on the screen called 'Prog Dest'. Select it and it will take you righ into the 'Addressbook Management' sub routine. All you have to do at that point is select the 'Name' tab and enter a name for that destination in the to box and then 'OK' and 'Exit your way back out. Otherwise; press 'UserTools'/ 'System Settings'/'Adminstrator Tools'/'Addressbook Management', select 'New Program' and then just choose if its fax, folder or email. Enter in your destination address and then finish as above.
