Hello Everybody. I Have A Ricoh Aficio Printer. It's Not Printing, When I Put It

Hello everybody. I have a Ricoh Aficio printer. It's not printing, when I put it on, it displays " PRINTER ERROR FUSER TEMP". Can you advise me what to do? I have reset to factory settings but it's doing the same. Please help.thank
