Hi, to enter a new email address:
- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select New Program
- Enter the name for this user on this tab
- Select the Email tab
- Enter the email address for this user
- Select OK to save the new entry
- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
