Hi, sc672 is a very tricky code to successfully troubleshoot. Ricoh put out a troubleshooting guide specifically for this code to help narrow down the cause. Often it is caused by the controller board, but it could also be the memory DIMMs, the NV-RAM, the BICU, the hard drive, the IPU, or another component like the fax board. Your best bet is to have a Ricoh-trained technician try to troubleshoot the problem.
