Hi, first you'll need to download the print driver if you don't have it, which you can do here:
http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/re/model/mpc20/mpc20en.htm
Once you have downloaded the correct driver, unzip it to a folder on your computer. Then, go into the Devices & Printers section of the Control Panel (which you can usually do right from your Start menu) and select Add Printer at the top of the screen. (If you don't see it, right click on some white space and choose Add Printer.) The Windows Add Printer Wizard will load and guide you through the rest of the installation process.
