Ip Adress
Hello, I can't seem to get my MacBook Pro to connect to our office's Aficio 5002 printer/copier. I have tried using the IP Address. I have tried removing the printer & adding it again. Nothing works. Any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance. Cheers, Karra Duncan

Hi, make sure the Ricoh has the PostScript 3 option installed. Without PS3, you won't be able to print from any Apple devices.
