Please Help Error Code Sc392, What Does It Mean, Unit Is Aficio Mp 2500

Hello, sc392 is a process error, typically caused by something to do with the drum unit or, occasionally the developer unit. Additional troubleshooting will be needed to determine the exact cause, but here are some first steps to take:
- If the developer was recently changed, check to be sure it was done correctly... if so, the new developer may be bad.
- Try turning the photoconductor gear by hand.
- Try turning the developer roller gears by hand.
Any of these three things may show you exactly what the problem is, but if not then you will probably need a Ricoh tech to come out and troubleshoot the machine.
- If the developer was recently changed, check to be sure it was done correctly... if so, the new developer may be bad.

Any of these three things may show you exactly what the problem is, but if not then you will probably need a Ricoh tech to come out and troubleshoot the machine.
