The MCACC light flashing, on this particular model, means the amp is in the PROTECT mode.
Please follow the procedure below and see if it will reset your system.
Press and hold for two seconds.
ENTER + ADVANCED SURROUND.
If that doesn't work try a few different combination's of other groups of keys. I have been through several forums and it seems like there is "magic reset" that Pioneer doesn't want you to know about.
Also, double check your wires in the back of the unit and make sure you don't have a speaker wire strand touching across to another terminal. If these keys don't fix it try these: MULTIZONE OFF (third button in) + LEFT PRESET.
Please follow the procedure below and see if it will reset your system.
