Vibrating Pulsating Loud Crackling Noise Coming From System. Tested Speakers And

Stereo has a vibrating, pulsating loud crackling noise coming from speakers. Checked speakers nothing wrong, checked speaker wires nothing seems to be wrong could it be the control cable?
