Trouble Uploading

I can't seem to upload videos from my hdc-sd90 video camera to my computer using the usb cord.

you need to install the software from the cd included on the box first, then a soonest you connect the camera to the computer it will recognize it. do not lose this software, because Panasonic is no giving support as expected from customers.
