Does Onkyo Tx Nr807 Support Hdmi Pass Through?

Another words, sometimes I want to watch my SAT on TV, when the receiver's power is off.

Specifically Power Control option with reference to HDMI control and RIHD devices on Page 55 which says yes sort of but only if the device is RIHD compliant.
