We own a Nextar q4-01 purchased in 2008. Need to update the maps. How do we do that?

Installing the updated maps does not require a computer or internet connection. Users simply insert the SD card into the unit's SD slot then download the card's contents. Updated maps are available for the following Nextar GPS devices as explained here http://www.prweb.com/releases/Nextar/Map_update/prweb2741014.htm
