Netgear Ptvu 1000 Availability

Where in the world can a person buy this? NONE of th store referenced on Netgears web site have this item, and most don't eve n know what I am talking about. Two inquires to Netgear Techsupport resulted in giberish from "sam" the technician - whoi obviously doesn't understabd English! I desperate need this for a project. Does anyone know where to puirchase?
