Nec Px-61xr3a Doesn't Light Up

My NEC PX-61XR3A doesn't light up even though the green light comes on. After a while it shuts off automatically.

This seems to be a common problem, the power supply is going into protect mode, due to another boards component failure. It's possible the power supply is fine, meaning the back-light inverter, or sustain board would be the problem.
