62' Nec Plasma, Model #px61xr3a Vertical Colored Lines But Menu Appears

The TV is a 62" NEC Plasma, Model #PX61XR3A Serial # 4Z00030 9T Attached is a picture showing the vertical colored bars on the monitor, but also showing that the menu display. Leads me to believe it's not the monitor itself, but something in the video input? Is this just a bad card or an expensive repair? Please help. Thank you
