Moto G Mobile Not Getting Switched On
Moto G turbo mobile suddenly get swiched off and not getting charged. No water intrusion. What to do? The mobile is 2 month old.

Hi. Start off by connecting the Moto G (assuming is the 3rd Gen) to a PC through its USB cable and short press the power key and see if the PC picks it up as a USB device. If it does, then it may require a firmware reload (this can be a DIY kind of a task). But prior to a firmware reload attempts, try the below steps (provided the phone can be picked up by a PC).
Reset will require a minimum battery level of 25%. If you are unable to perform a reset, please charge for 20-30 minutes and try reset again (even if you get no charging animation).
- With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on.
- Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Recovery mode"
- Press the Power button to restart into Recovery mode.
You'll see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark. - While holding down the Power button, press the Volume Up button.
- Use the volume buttons to scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power button to select it.
- Scroll down to "Yes - erase all user data" and press the Power button to select it.
