I Brought Magic Jack Plus,attached All Components To The Router,electrical Outle

i brought Magic Jack plus,attached all components to the router,electrical outlets (after registerting/receiving phone number). Don't get dial tone only voice message stating "error,contact your customer service." I have AT& T wireless internet and am not using Magic Jack plus through a computer

magicJack's "customer service" is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using the instructions at: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
