If you already registered the Magicjack then you can change your number but there is a one-time charge of $10. But then it depends on the Magicjack system if it will accept the number as you go through the following steps :

From the Magicjack dashboard click MY.
Login to your account.
Click to MY SUBSCRIPTION.
Scroll down and click Change my phone number.
Click Replace.
Click I want to transfer my current phone number to my Magicjack.

If the system does not accept the number you provided then that means this number was already in used.

Please refer to attachment as your guide..
