I Have Been Using Magic Jack For The Last 3 Years With A Candian Phone Number

which I paid $10 for. I renewed my service on 02/03/2012 for another year. Now I get a message that my phone number is no longer active and i must pay another $10 fee. I can't use the service that I paid for. Is this legal?

If you feel magicJack has violated your contract, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
