Can I Call Forward Calls From Magic Jack To An Overseas Phone Number?

Yes, you can. I am not completely sure if it is free though. Start by going here:
https://web01.magicjack.com/my/index.html
Once you log into your magic jack account, there should be an option somewhere on the page. If you cannot locate it, you should call or email magicjack customer service (there should be a way to contact them on the page I provided you with).
