Trouble Shooting Button
I put in a new black ink cartridge,and when I tried to print a very important document,the computer said that the lexmark was busy,and to check printer indicator screen to see what it said.The printer said to check the tape on the cartridge and have it removed.I checked several times,seems ok.It said alignment problem,remove tape from cartridge or check troubleshooting.How do I do that.

Try refreshing your printer.
1 Open printer cover
2 Remove cartridges
3 Close printer cover
4 Remove power adapter (black box where the power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer) and put it back after 30 seconds
5 Wait for a prompt on your printer screen to install cartridges
6 Install cartridges. Press firmly to establish a good seal with the printer.
