Why Cann't I Scan Documents On My Printer

One of the most common reason why computer users cannot scan/fax documents is there is not driver software installed for the device. This is the first solution that you should do, reinstall the driver software of this printer. You can download the driver software from Lexmark website. Here are the links:

Install the driver software while the printer is turned on and then restart your computer.
