The very first thing you have to do is to check the proper installation of the ink cartridge. Make sure that it is properly installed based on the installation procedure from the user's manual. Another possible solution is make sure that you have installed the original and compatible ink cartridges. First, make sure that the firmware of your printer is up to date. Just go to http://bit.ly/PZaAmK to download the firmware update.

If the firmware doesn't help, try to perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
