My Lg511c Will Not Ring Anymore, Will Only Vibrate, Checked All The Settings
i checked all the settings and volume is turned up, and turned on, tried by turning phone on and off, programming it and removing and reinstalling the battery, but nothing worked.

Greetings - It must be an app glitch, the fix to which should be a hard reset (aka factory restore)
