Why Can't I Send Photos It Tells Me I Can't Send/retrieve
I am trying to send a photo and it tells me can't send/retrieve message and it;s aphoto

Make sure you have 3G Data enabled. You can't send MMS videos or pictures over WiFi, you need to enable your data. Once you do that, you should be able to send and recieve pictures and videos that aren't too big, just fine. Also, make sure you know your data plan and how much extra it costs to send and receive pictures if you're not on an unlimited messaging plan so you don't go over your limit. If you still are unable to send or recieve pictures, you should contact your service's customer care.
