Plasma Tv Flickers Wont Turn On

Power supply issue or blown or bulging capacitors on the power board, this happens with electronics, service center will be required to replace the board or if you know some one who solders electronics they could do it also. to keep this from happening again buy a ups backup power supply which will condition the power to the tv and other components and save you allot of time and trouble later.
