'close Document Processor' In Kyocera 1135

HiI have some issue in my kyocera 1135.I can print a document directly form my PC but I am unable to copy a document form its scanner. An error occurs CLOSE DOCEMNT PROCESSOR.please resolve my [email protected] +923009302954Pakistan KP Mardan

The document processor is the door at the top of the printer that you open to place documents for faxing and copying on the glass and then close back down. Here is what you can try to clear the message:

(1) Open the document processor and then close it. If the message is still there, go to the next step.

(2) Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord. Press and hold the start button for a minute. After one minute has passed, release the start button and plug in the power cord. Turn it on.
