I Have Static On My Unit, What Can I Do?

To try and resolve the issue you're having with your Jabra Cruiser2, I'd suggest you reset it and the phone, if possible. The first thing you should do is to remove the Jabra Cruiser2 as a paired device from your phone's Bluetooth menu. Once that's done, reset the Cruiser2 by turning it on and then pressing and holding the answer/end, volume up and FM buttons simultaneously until you hear it go into pairing mode. When you turn the unit off and then on again, it should turn on in pairing mode.
To reset your phone, simply turn it off and remove its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds. Replace the battery and turn the phone back on. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to pair the phone and Cruiser2 again, but everything should work perfectly after this.
