I Have The Jabra Cruiser2 Bluetooth And It Sounds Like I'm Under Water
people on the other end says that it sounds really scratchy and a lot of static. I've tried charging it and powering it down as well as disconnecting it from my iPhone.

I'd try resetting the Jabra Cruiser2. Start by removing the Cruiser2 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Reset the Cruiser2 by turning the unit ON, then press the Volume up, FM and answer/end buttons simultaneously until it goes into pairing mode. Verify that it's been reset by turning the unit OFF and then ON again - it should start up in pairing mode. You'll have to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
