No Sound Coming Out From Jabra
The first time we opened there waa still a alund the. When we charged it the sound comes off and the unit doeant talk anymore as in guiding me.

It depends on whether there is a sound when you turn the unit ON. There is a reset, but even resetting will not resolve the issue if the unit doesn't emit any sounds at all. In that case, contact Jabra for warranty information.
Otherwise, you can try resetting the unit. Start by removing the Jabra Cruiser2 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, turn the Cruiser2 ON, then simultaneously press and hold the answer/end, volume up and FM buttons until you hear it go into pairing mode. Verify that it's reset by turning the unit OFF and then ON again (it should start up in pairing mode). Once in this mode, you'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
