Display Failer

JVC KW-AVX 800 Display is not working, In the display board -12v is down -2v is given, witch component is failed

That appears to be an issue with the power supply. If it is a seperate PCB then it can be either repaired or replaced. However if it is a complete PCB then you will need to investigate possibly a S/C diode or O/C capacitor in the power supply. Whilst doing these checks be aware of high voltages. Disconect from the supply before dis-assembly. I have attached a link to the user manual but that will not give you a circuit schematic.
