Does the Insignia NS-46D40SNA14 have a reset button when the TV want turn on?

No it does not. Try to power cycle the TV.
Turn the TV off and unplug it.
Leave it unplugged for a few minutes.
Plug it back in, turn it on and restore settings back to factory defaults.
