Password Forget
My daughter forgot the password and we cant unlock the tablet. What can I do to unlock or restore?

Hold power and volume down buttons until the recovery mode screen comes up. Then clear user data and restore the tablet to out-of-the-box condition. any apps or files will be lost but thats the only way to bypass the user lock. Theres no master code to unlock it.
