How To Fix A Hitachi 42hds69 That Has No Audio On One Channel Only?

I have a Hitachi 42HDS69 connected to a air antenna. All of the channels work except NBC whereas there's no audio coming through. I have changed the antenna but it didn't halp. If there any kind of software/firmware update for this TV that will fix this problem? If not can you help me some other way?
