This Printer Has Started Spitting Out Paper In The Middle Of The Night When The
computer is OFF.

it means it have some print in it's memory so you need to reset your memory becuase all pening docs are printed because of timer events.
So check your printer settings reset memry and make sure there is not any pending print.
