Your question is confusing.  Perhaps it has been translated and mixed up?

I'm guessing you want to clear the BIOS password.  Unfortunately the best way to do this is by taking it to an HP service center.  Seems these newer netbooks are designed in such a way to make BIOS password recovery n ext to impossible.  I searched Google for almost 30 minutes and was unable to identify anyone who has the information for clearing this password.

Best I found was a tool calledx BiosKill.  This is a dangerous tool and can wreck your PC.  You can get it here but USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! http://www.lalussoft.com/en/killbios.htm

If you want to remove the Windows password you can do so from the Users icon in control panel.  If you cannot log in you'll need to use the NTOfflinePasswordRecovery CD from here: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/

You'll need to download the ISO and burn it to a CD, then boot the PC from it.  Full instructions are on the download site.

Hope that answered your question.
