Hp Laserjet 2055d Initializing Not Stop

Please I have an Hp laserjet 2055d in my office that's not working. When the power button is pressed, it starts the initial process but stop almost immediately with "initializing..." on its screen and the two light (toner & paper or catridge door open) blinking nonstop. I've tried another catridge with it, it's the same. Kindly help me out.
