How To Delete Original Owner Files From System?

I bought this computer from an individual. It was not password protected and I renamed the computer. Problem is, I can not delete the original owners files, which I do not want. How can I do this? It has windows home premium. Thanks, Steve

there are 3 ways,

1. you may use the installer disc to re install the windows. By doing this, all files are cleared.

2. go to system recovery, and restart to the earliest, or original system of the computer

3. delete files one by one.
