Why Won,t It Accept Cable?
i've got brand new envy 4500 and wanted to connect to computer by cable but it keeps refusing to accept it's connected

- If you are sure that the USB cable is not bad then you don't have the printer drivers installed on your computer.
- Go to HP Customer Support- Software and Driver Downloads.
- If prompted, select a method to identify your printer model, and then follow the on-screen instructions to go to the download page
